The second of three 25th anniversary GSXR’s, the 2010 Suzuki GSX-R600 Limited Edition is a run of 25 motorcycles destined for our friends across the pond in the UK. Helping commemorate 25 years of the GSX-R series, the 25th Anniversary GSX-R600 comes with a retro 1999 World Superbike paint scheme, along with a Yoshimura exhaust system, commemorative top yoke, and a certificate of authenticity. For this sort of exclusivity, British buyers can expect to £8,799, or £1,000 over list price. Photos and more after the jump.
Talking about the GSX-R600 and the 25th Anniversary Limited Edition series, Suzuki GB marketing manager George Cheeseman said the following:
“This is the second special model in our 25 year anniversary trilogy and like the GSX-R750 echos the timeline of range development. In 1985 the GSX-R750 first appeared, rewriting the rules in the sportsbike category, before Suzuki moved the game on again in 1997 with the introduction of the very first GSX-R600. We pay tribute to the GSX-R600 with this special model, while we look to complete this special trio of models later in the year.”
