In case you didn’t hear about it, the Aprilia RS 660 absolutely dominated the MotoAmerica Twins Cup this year.
To help celebrate the successful debut of the sport bike, and its on-track prowess, the folks from Noale are releasing a limited edition version of the bike with some interesting features.
“Only” 1,500 units will be made worldwide, and in addition to the number plaque and Americana “stars and stripes” livery, the 2022 Aprilia RS 660 Limited Edition boasts a single-seat tail section, oversized top fairing, and GP-shift up/down quickshifter.
The special livery is an homage to the one used by Kaleb De Keyrel, at the final round of the Aprilia RS 660 Trophy series, which he participated in after his MotoAmerica victory.
Of note, the single-seat setup is just a seat cowl, and the passenger seat does come with this two-up rated motorcycle. The GP-shift option is a software upgrade to the ECU to allow the bi-directional quickshifter to operate in reverse.
