Following yesterday’s announcement that Zero Motorcycles will be entering into electric streetbike racing and the TTXGP, comes news that Mission Motors will also be entering the TTXGP series with their LSR setting Mission One sportbike. The first stop of the TTXGP North American Championship is set to be held at Infineon Raceway, which has been the test track of choice for Mission Motors and the Mission One. Every octane-loving American should own one of these, a Polini pocket bike stretched out for drag duty. We spotted this beauty as we were meandering through the halls of EICMA, and knew we had to have one. With a single-sided swingarm, and no suspension to speak of, this 94cc pocket-rocket is about as close to flying at street level as one can get. More pictures after the jump.

If you’ve ever been to San Marco Square in Venice, Italy, then you’ve surely been bombarded by the flying-rats we call pigeons that lay reign over the city’s square. Milan, located only about a couple of hours away from Venice, had an avis rex of its own during the EICMA motorcycle show: the 2010 Ducati Multistrada 1200.

Taking the show’s honors as the top bike on display, and surely one of the most hyped motorcycles of the year, the Multistrada 1200 won over crowds, despite its face…literally. Love it or hate it, but the bird-beaked bike is here to stay, and we’ve got all sorts of delicious pictures of it after the jump.

Zero Motorcycles has announced their entry into the 2010 TTXGP series, where they will race against Team Agni, and competitors using the CRP Racing and Mavizen platforms. Early reports peg Zero as also using a Mavizen TTX02 platform, essentially a KTM RC8 chassis gutted of its ICE components. Despite using the Mavizen/KTM chassis, the race bike will be powered by Zero’s Z-Force battery packs and motors.

Helping celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the GSX-R750, Suzuki GB has come up with the 2010 Suzuki GSX-R750 Limited Edition, which sports a retro paint scheme circa 1996 and a Yoshimura GP Evo 111 exhaust. The GSX-R750 appears to be the first GSX-R to get the anniversary treatment, as Suzuki GB is teasing image spots for a GSX-R600 & GSX-R1000 Limited Editions as well.

You wouldn’t know it by looking at Moto Morini’s website, or by the materials they handed out at EICMA, but the Italian company has officially launched its street-tard version of its Granpasso platform. While we spotted the 2010 Moto Morini Granferro 1200 out in the wild before EICMA, the show in Milan provided us a good opportunity to see the bike up-close. Photos and more after the jump.

Obviously when you’re debuting a new motorcycle, you have to come up with some sort of video to promote the bike’s launch, but what do you include in the video? Close-ups of the bike? Yes. Tall and leggy blonde vixens? Of course. Multiple shots of the bike on a desolate track doing its thing? Naturally. A little B&E action? Yea…wait, what?!?

We don’t understand this video from MV Agusta, but it does seem to have a bit more plot than some of other online movies we’ve been seeing lately. Click past the jump for a heist adventure MV-style.
